With that in mind, diet is every important to fitness and health, along with grace, tranquility, and ease. Plus unfettered enthusiasm for low blood pressure, blood sugar, and a good triglyceride count.
Back to Keto …
This weekend I got a little off keto, but still didn’t eat until 2 p.m. yesterday, which was good as intermittent fasting is a key to staying on Keto. Unfortunately when I did eat I was a bit tired so I got a turkey club, onion rings, and a Dr. Pepper, plus 1 1/2 Full Throttles on the drive home from Vermont. Then I went to my brother-in-law’s and had some more calories …. hmm.
This morning, though, I woke up with renewed fitness hoping to channel my inner food sensei and become the Danielson of diet. O.k. I just made that up, but seriously I want to get back on it. With that in mind, I cooked up a bacon and egg with avocado and olive salad, along with added cheese. I hard-boiled some eggs looking forward to the day ahead with a resplendent outlook.
Today should go well.
