Starting the 60-60-20 as BJT recommends

Just a quick update … started on BJT’s revolutionary 60-60-20 with 20 push ups, 20 crunches, and 10 (per side) side ups. We will see how it goes, I may lower the cardio in the afternoon along with the meditation dependent on time, I have a lot of new projects I’m starting which I will update you on soon … stay tuned.
