Sleep, Water Side Effects, and a Quickly Fashioned Omelet

Thank you for stopping by today to read about the sleep I got last night, the water I drank this morning and its potential side effects, and the quickly fashioned omelet I made. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Sleep

Last night I made up for my previous night’s lack of sleep with some hardcore sleep. After dinner the plan was to quickly grade some quizzes but that plan was soon set aside as I felt fatigue creeping in. I thought o.k. I will just watch a movie or something. So with Star Wars soon approaching I soon found Star Wars Revenge of the Sith free on Xfinity. I began to watch as Anakin and Obiwan flew in and fought several droids then the next thing I know Anakin was kneeling in front of Emperor Palpatine. I realized then the movie wasn’t happening and went to bed.

It was the kind of sleep where I didn’t even take off my clothes before getting in bed. I was that tired. I slept straight through until I awoke at 4:30 a.m. this morning, ready to ride the trainer with grace, tranquility, and ease along with an unfettered enthusiasm for exercise feeling refreshed from the resplendent sleep I had the night before.

The Water

As I drank a liter with an unrefined passion for the wanings of yesteryear I pondered the potential side effects I might experience. Yesterday I had been driving to work when I realized, “uh oh,” I need to get to work fast. It’s a lot of water to drink, but I’ve noticed I can get into a more aero position on my bike while riding the trainer already. After only a few days my belly is shrinking!

Along with the water I needed some quality nutrition to start the day. I proceeded to make an omelet with an unheralded speed and rushed pace. Finishing just in time to slow down and eat my omelet with a measured pace I was happy reminiscing about all that has transgressed and all that will come. I think I’m moving in the right direction and making the right choices. Deep. Then it happened.

The Toast

I heard my toast pop and all was normal, until I realized I forgot to get butter. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! What is toast without butter?!?!?

A Risky Choice

It was at this point I looked through the fridge and realized I had cream cheese. I decided to make a risky choice and spread it on my toast. I asked myself, “Am I really thinking this through?” As a bike racer, however, sometimes you just have to commit to a move and stick it through to the end.

I kept going and realized I had made the right choice. The toast tasted absolutely resplendent and I ate it with grace, tranquility, and ease, along with a passion for toast unheralded by many others this early hour.

Fin.

Disclaimer: You may be asking yourself, “what did I just read? Did I read a blog about sleep and breakfast?” The answer is yes. I enjoy writing and blogging as a therapeutic hobby and have been attempting to make the most mundane topics interesting to improve at my hobby. That being said some of the sentences were put together more on how they sound then meaning, I wouldn’t read to deep into them. I also feel this post was so so, I’ll give it a 4 out of 10. I hope you found what you were looking for.
