A Juice Cleanse?!?!

Now you may be saying to yourself, "Really, a juice cleanse, that's kind of weird?," but I figured, "Why not?" After all, I'd like to continue to lose some weight and reset my system, so what do I have in store for myself, you ask?

The components of the juice cleanse

I stopped at a Big Y in Massachusetts on the way home and got some cranberry juice and some V-8 (low sodium). I'm also going to get some coffee ...

Yes, you read that right!

I got coffee!

Now you may say to yourself, "that's not juice." And you'd be right, but there's more ...

I'm going to have anything that's liquid. Yep.

It get's better ...

Anything that is liquid can include a lot of things. I figure by having liquid I will keep my insides from having to process hard to process foods.

As if that's not enough, it will allow my body to reset itself. How you ask?

By not processing food, my body will be able to kick into overdrive and "restart" itself. It's science (note: it may not actually be science).

"As if that's not enough I'll be getting my daily dose of vegetables and fruits from the V-8 and cranberry juice"
