Anyhow before the race Ann, Aki's wife, came up to me and said "Tim don't take this the wrong way but your fat." - lol. She also told Aki "you need to train more". So it got me thinking I have to ride hard (no worries though I checked later and I'm still around 10% bf I think she was messing with me). Anyways so I went to the front and hammered (picture below)

Nonetheless though it came back together and Eric Brownell decided to hammer at the front of the field, below:

Eventually a move went with Eric Brownell and three other, I tried to bridge across but was unsuccessful and then thought ... well what Henson Rickey thought.

Somehow though it came back together. I started to hammer at the front

as I thought it would break it apart which it did but it still settled down to a fairly large lead group. Ron Larose attacked

but was brought back and it was a lead group (sort of what's left of the field) sprint. I took off going into the corner and nearly crashed into Eric Brownell as we bumped going through the final corner (my bad). Anyways around the curve Aiden came up to me and went "WEEEEEE" like a motorcycle and took off and won. I was second.

Anyhow I think you'll notice the guys pushing it at the front were the same guys at front in the field sprint (Pete Petrillo was third, Eric Brownell was 4th or 5th even though he probably sat up a little coming into the line). So that basically says the guys who push it are the ones who get strong. Something to think about.
